1.1. Aims: The MRI appearance of the prostate after intravesical bacillus Calmette?Guerin (BCG) therapy is known to be affected by granulomatous prostatitis. However, abnormal findings on MRI can also indicate prostatic invasion by urothelial carcinoma or prostate cancer.
